Situated on the very edge of the industrial park, the site urged for a view-oriented plan.

While the manufacturing hall on ground level, the concept was to have the offices design as if thet are on a ground floor, next to a garden, where everyone can open their office door and go outside to enjoy the view and the breeze.

All offices face west while service functions like restrooms, service stairs, archive and comms room face east enclosed in a wooden box.
